Flexible Introducer Cannula رادیوپک بوده که اصطکاک پوشش آن کم ولی از 17g Tuohy needle بیشتر است. Flexible Introducer Cannul در برابر بریدگی مقاوم بوده و استفاده از کاتتر در فضای اپیدورال به راحتی انجام میشود.
The Flexible Introducer Cannula (FIC) is radiopaque and consists of a low friction fluoropolymer sheath over a 17g Tuohy needle. The FIC is shear resistant, providing smooth catheter manipulation in the epidural space.
